So I have had a stressful month and surprise, surprise I have gained a few kilos and now I am back on this site. I haven't been to the gym in nearly three weeks, I have had too much wine and too much high processed foods.
Now to reset my good habits, hopefully this site will give me the support I need. I am going on a holiday in 4 months, so hopefully will have lost the few extra kgs by then and feel comfortable in my own body.
Time to train hard and eat well!
