I've been following the FOOD LOVERS plan of meal planning and have become very happy with not dieting, but making good food choices with snacks, eating something every 2-3 hours. This has stopped my hungry all the time feeling and the portions I eat have decreased. This is fitting right in with eating the things I like and reducing sugars, dairy, and red meat, salt etc. Recipes that I've found are similar to my own with better choices. Feeling great and thinking this will last the rest of my life and better chance of reaching the 135 lbs by December 31, 2014. Looking forward to good progress.
