Perhaps the best diet performance (per my stated LGLCHF goals) of the past month. A little low on fat and protein, but only a little high on carbs, and, in spite of not exercising, I managed a small deficit. Weight is up, but that has more to do with how late it was when I grabbed my final bit of protein. Tomorrow will be a much lower day, I predict (boldly :)).
186.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
