checked blood sugar this morning and it was 97 first time in three years it has been a normal reading. I must finally be doing something right.

Thanks Calyn knowing you are overweight is one thing knowing what can happen with diabetics is a scary thing. Which was finally the straw that said its time to get serious. Sandie
