Just can't keep my weight up past 106. Still no appetite but I don't want to see chicken or eggs for a long time. Sick of them both. Still like peanut butter and milk shakes!
105.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Any recommendations from your doc as to what you should be looking to add? I'm thinking carbs for gain but suspect you'll want to keep your protein high as well. I'm sure you've tried a LOT of things, but do you eat frequently? I'm wondering if you prepared some meats and had cheeses available that you could eat a couple ounces of every couple hours if that would help? Do beef or pork agree with you? Hang in there JoanEliz and keep looking for things that will keep you headed toward your goal. OH - thinking of dairy and protein, what about greek yogurt?
