Day 7 so far back in the old weight loss habits, need to figure out how to work out more though. Bad back and hip problems lately, have been doing flights of stairs at work and yesterday took the little dog for a big walk on a nice sunny day.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
