Been a long, long time since I've been on. So much has happened. I was doing so good with my diet and exercise before I quit, then I just gave up. Not sure why. But I'm back. And now I'm just doing a low fat, low carb diet with lots of water and exercise. Started an exercise program called TurboFire, which is amazing so far. This is only my first week in, so hopefully will get easier.
