I had a little diversion this weekend. A weekend of indulgence and of course it comes with a price...grrr. But I'm back on track, had my morning workout and planning on going to the gym after work for 30 minutes of weight training. I am also going to try and walk the stairs at work on my down time. Sixteen days until my family reunion in Puerto Rico. The time is approaching quickly. I have to get it together. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!! I can do this. IT IS ON!!!!!
