You can do it, if you want it bad enough... You will get to where you want to be. Just dont get impatient, dont focus on the #'s on the scale. Just focus on creating new habits, new routines, and as long as you are focusing on youself, and not the #'s you will succeed!!
Focusing on #'s can really , really, cause you to get frustrated, throw your hands up, and get off track! Stick to the basics, Weigh once a week (if not Once every 2weeks)... and you will be fine!!
