Not sure how I lost 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks... I weighed in to check it yesterday and I was back up 8 pounds. Craziness. Im going to give it a week before I record a weigh in to see if its just water issues. Its my TOM. I'm liquid fasting today to help cleanse my system. I always heard you metabolize better during the TOM, so maybe a fast will accelerate the weight loss this week.
My computer died at home, so I have been doing a lot more stuff around the house without it to distract me. A little excercise will be good for me.
