I can see how my eating is keeping me from loosing any weight. I need to get the desire for weight loss from my heart to my head so I start making better decisions about my food. I woke up today a walked before work and I will continue that for the rest of the week. Along with good weight training I should be doing well within the next 30 days. I will be on my way to establishing a new habit
