Hi all! I've been hiding since I not only stalled but gained back 3 lbs! I started working out again in early April, so I am hoping that's the cause. I don't want to go back to where I used to be, AND I still have 20 lbs to lose; so even though I am very proud of how far I have come I still want to get to where I will feel the best...good day to you all!
