Have not had a chance to go to the gym except one time this week. volunteered at Kingston nursing home, transporting the residents to a couple of different destinations. Have done a lot of walking and loading and unloading wheel chairs. Had a meeting Tuesday, so no time to go to the gym. Plan on going to the gym tomorrow. Just wanted to drop in and say hello, and let you all know why I have been absent.Take care all and will catch up to you tomorrow. LoreJae
186.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you. It helps the residents to get away for a little while. It has to be hard on them to sit day after day in wheel chairs. The weather is fairly nice so it gives them a chance to get some fresh air. Take care and catch up to you tomorrow. LoreJae xxoxoxoox
