First week was a slow but successful week!! Alittle over 2 pounds lost! :-) Now to really get serious!!!!
251.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Great job and 2 pounds is a great start. Those who have big losses are usually bloated so they lose more water weight.
