Steady as she goes. Lost two pounds for the week. I am satisfied with one to two pounds a week as long as I see a steady loss. I am working out five out of seven days and if I do miss a day I add more time to the next day to get caught up. Might not hit that 220 mark for my cruise but I sure am going to try. Might cut the calories just a tad this week so I can hit my goal. The plus side is that my clothes are fitting better and I actually went through and had the courage to go through my clothes and get rid of my bigger sizes. I am bad about holding on to "fall back clothes." You know those clothes don't say you don't.Just in case I put the weight back on I'll have something to wear. I am doing my best by trying to break out of that mind set. If they are gone I've got to wear what I have.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, wow, wow!!! WTG, Tim!!! You're doing so well... just look at that weight chart! I'm so impressed and amazed. FANTASTIC work... I vote to give away those old clothes to Goodwill or something. You're going to succeed! You're just 23 lbs from your goal now. WTG, my friend. So proud of you.

Awesome Toolman! You're doing great. Loss is Loss! Just keep moving in the right direction and you'll get there in no time. Beware the giant floating buffet, though. My wife loves cruises and I always felt that rather than charge a fixed price for the cruise, they should just weigh the passengers as they board and then weigh them at the end of the cruise and charge by the pound...LOL. My trick on cruises was to eat a big salad before any meals and try to avoid the pizza, hamburger and ice cream parlors. Best of luck on your continued success!
