Ok, went on a cruise for 7 days and ate until I couldn't eat anymore. Gained 10 lbs, but it was worth it:)

Now back to the plan, gotta get that weight off and more.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
