OK....I see this site everyday and for some reason just don't log in. Maybe because I know if I stop and sit down I'll be on the computer for hours and right now I'm moving to make up for the weight I had put on a while back.
Began the Plank Challenge today. Avoided it because I knew it would be hard but, I made myself do it today and challenged my son to do it with me. He is getting married on the 31st. My goal is to drop 20 more...I know I know..not healthy...but if I protein it and keep my rear-end moving it is possible!
