have been doing curves circuit at least 4x a week and working out at home on the treadmill and resistance training at least 3x(with bands and balance ball). So far the result has been great. But according to the Curves 30 day diet plan, I am supposed to eat 2000-2500 calories on the recovery period to "boost my metabolism" and gain 3 lbs before I start the diet all over. Not too sure about gaining 3 lbs that I worked so hard to lose...we'll see how it goes at my next weigh in on Tuesday. If my weight loss is at a standstill then I will have to up my calories...
195.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
