I gained!! I have learned my lesson. Always track food. Even if you feel guilty. I was avoiding fat secret because I gained weight (because of my poor eating choices) and decided I would come back when I got back down to 139 because I didn't want to see a bump in my pretty downhill slope.
However I kept gaining. I need the motivation I get from actively tracking food and the competition I get from others too. I'm now roughly 143/144 ish (don't have a digital scale).
I decided I better get back to tracking before the damage is any worse...

Thanks. I need it. It is so frustrating though! Knowing where I could be right now and realizing it is going to take that much longer to reach my goal.
