157.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! Working out is what got my weight loss started. You are gaining muscle and will see changes in yourself before the scale shows them. Plus you are showing a loss as well. That is overall success is so many areas!
