super bad start to the day seeing that I've gone up 1kg in the last week. It's actually more in the last few days. what's caused this is hard to pinpoint.

It could just be lady issues or the fact I'm having some stomach issues. It could be that I ate something wrong while travelling which knocked me out of ketosis. The dinner we had on Tuesday night could be it. We had some goat cheese wrapped in egg plant, it didn't taste sweet but if I think back it may have had honey.

travelling for work and staying true to my low carb life sometimes poses some challenges.

will try an even cleaner eating for the next few days. keep everything low... from carbs to calories! my stomach and body in general feels more bloated and puffy so for sure something isn't right.

:-( and it was all going so well!

Stomach issues usually means bloat which usually shows on the scale. Hormones, sodium and many other factors can make that scale go up. Just stick to your plan as best you can and the scale will eventually even out.

Thanks Suzi, and for sure there are about a million factors which could be the reason. And while I try to stay a rational woman and reason with myself...it still is somewhat frustrating. so i just hope to see it get back to normal shortly:) thanks for the support!
