Weighed this morning after breakfast. Was down but I don't remember by how many tenths of a pound. No big deal. The important result will be next Wednesday. Also, inches. Inches, inches, inches. They are far more important than pounds. Finally starting to feel hungry. Will probably eat some fat-free Chobani yogurt here shortly.

Feeling a little neurotic, but not uncontrollably so. Been cleaning the kitchen. There's so much still to do to clean this house still, but I don't know when it'll all be done. I've got so much to do.
