Note to self: Never again walk in to personal training session and tell trainer you're irritable. He'll work that feeling out of you real quick!

Great session today. Left it all at the gym. Found my smile :-)

It's amazing how a good workout can give a bigger smile to me than giving in on the chocolate cake that a co-worker offered me today, too. I said, "No thank you" to the cake...and "Yes sir" to those 'bonus' seconds on the punching bag.

Irritable? PERFECT! It's almost as good as someone saying 'You'll never be able to do that'. And caffeine! Liquid motivation. Rock it baby!!!

Great job passing on the cake! I probably would have used the extra umph in my workout to justify that I deserved a little slice. ;P

Love it! I love the feeling I have after getting a good workout in. Much better than the feeling I have after eating a bunch of junk. :)
