Feeling really worn out and generally "down" yesterday and today. Ending my period, so maybe some hormones. I think the biggest problem is my food - I've been low carb, but junky. Sausage and cheese, not enough greens, not enough good fats. Felt like I bottomed out yesterday when I had diet soda and a bunch of sugar free candies. Had more sugar free candies this morning :(

Turning this around right NOW. Going to have some eggs, bacon, and coffee, and a big dose of positive thinking.
