Day 11: Felt hungry suddenly and ate a lot of beans... Well, at least they have a lot of protein, lol. Will walk/run tomorrow to make up for it.

Beans have three great reasons for eating them. 1: Beans are a source of protein. 2: Beans are full of fiber. 3: Beans are a vegetable. Most people would say they were hungry and reach for a cookie or something. You did well to choose beans when you were hungry. :)
