wholefoodnut's Journal, 23 April 2014

Mowing the grass in the sun after work made me feel better, as a plus my yard looks better. Good cardio for a couple hours. Was a day where little things kept going wrong, just annoying things that zap energy and patience nothing major. Good dinner of catfish, cauliflower, and yogurt for desert. A good tired as well. Wanted to get some beer after work, was good bought a bag of ice for water.

Sounds like you made several great choices & dealt well with the annoyances! I know for me too, getting outside & enjoying the weather when its good can be so therapeutic & enjoyable! xoxox

Outside working is my meditation. I discovered long ago that it is my sanity therapy. I lived in the country for years and workingmy garden was my me time in a busy life with 3 growing daughters and working with the public. Now divorced living in the city due to job availability when I bought my house I was careful about the location. It backs on to a little used section of a park with woods and a creek in a quiet neighborhood. It is a good place to get away from the world.

While I'm intrigued & enjoying learning and experimenting with meditation, I absolutely agree with the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors! xoxox
