Well Day 3 is going well. I'm really not stressing over calorie intake as much as keeping my carbs at about 20 grams. I had planned my whole day out today for meals and had a fudge factor for a glass of wine. I hemmed and hawed over it and deleted it from my food diary. I figured it wouldn't be a good thing to do if I want to drop the pounds. When do you think I can enjoy a glass of red wine? Will one glass hurt on occasion? Hubby was going to the grocery store and picking up a couple of items today, and I asked him for s.f. jello. He rolled his eyes at me and said you're doing this again! I was fuming inside. I said gee thanks for the support. He said he was joking, but in the next breath said well you've tried to do this a couple of time in the past and haven't lasted. I was hurt. Yes, I have failed in the past, but I really want to do this. I've been trying so hard. I've had Easter candy in my face all week, and cupcakes, etc. that I haven't come so close as to sniff! I am proud of myself. I'm really putting forth the effort and don't want to cave in. But when I got that response from him it really set me off. I guess I just need to believe in me, even if he doesn't. This just wants me to prove him wrong even more. Well, enough of my rants. I'm going to chop up some potatoes and roast them for HIM and my daughter for dinner. I will eat my leftover pork chop and small amount of green beans and big healthy salad. I must stay strong. I can do this!

yes I know to well what lack of support can do to your heart ,, after 25 years marriage he moved in with my cousin ochie ,, I moved on too and remarried although Joe B never says anything negative like that he doesn't fan me on what ever that means ,,, giggling ,, Im proud of ya ,, and like ya said ya know all the things ya pass so ya could eat right ,, since its just my husband & I he eats totally different from me so we make our own food he goes for the TV burritos exc , I have lost 25 lbs since last November but just gained I think like 2 lbs lately ,, Im 62 years old now and tell myself there is no Love greater then My Gods Love for me or self Love <3 even though we always want it from the out side I'm guaranteed to get it from God & self Good night God bless <3 your doing great <3
