Okay, so today I started Hydroxycut. So far I think I have done very well according to what I am suppose to do. For breakfast I had 2 eggs with onions and peppers with a little bit of cheese with 2 sausage patties. Lunch I had Atkins frozen meal. And dinner I made chicken breast with taco seasoning with little bit of salsa, sour cream and cheese with broccoli and cheese. Dinner sure did fill me up. And as of now I have had 8 cups of water.

My exercise consisted of 60 mins on the elliptical burning 620 cals. I did a few back exercises. I injured my thumb over the weekend, not sure how. But I wanted to stay away from using it. I am trying to rest it. Yesterday evening it felt back to normal. Then, I woke up this morning and it was throbbing in pain.

So, I want to keep my calories around 1200 a day. But, from working out I burned a little over 600. I tried reading about how many calories I need to be eating a burning to lose 2lbs a week. Welp! I am confused about it. I am also unclear on how much fat I need to be eating since my carbs are so low. but, today I had 53g of fat- my cholesterol went over by 850! according to myfitness pal, also my sodium was way too much I went over 929. My carbs were 29. I'd like to keep it between 20-25, but with taking the pill I think I should eat a little bit more. And my protein was 105g.

I know I am not doing everything right, clearly. This is a learning process for me. If you have any advice feel free to share! As this site is pretty much all of my support. I spend most of the day by myself, so I spend most my time reading stuff online when I am not doing my school work. I want to do this right. And I think that this site is finally going to make it happen. :) Other than all that, my day has been alright. Kinda boring since I don't want to do much because of my thumb. But it was a good day :)

Sounds like you've had an awesome day! For me the hard part is incorporating exercise. If you are doing Atkins don't worry about calories cholesterol etc. Just focus on staying at 20g a day. Everything else will level out. I've known people who have had pb issues and chol. issues and had it all lowered on Atkins. Good luck!

Exercise is the easiest part I think. Only cause my bf and I go every morning before he goes to work. From 1 til 9 I just want to eat. I'm not hungry I'm bored. That's my struggle.
