dont understand why I can survive on a coffee and hard boiled egg for breakfast and have no hunger for 5 hours and then I eat my lunch and I am left starving just a few hours later - yep I am eating protein and veg and enough of it to be full at the time so I dont get it????

Hmm... Are you drinking enough water with your lunch? Maybe you're actually thirsty and not hungry? I'm not sure, I've never experienced it myself, sorry!

This has been my experience. If you eat too far apart you will get hungry. What has made it easy for me to lose is to eat every 3 hours, I don't get hungry. It doesn't have to be a lot. It just has to be something. And while you're eating and even in between, drink 8 ounces of water.
