Workouts have been spotty due to travel - lent is over so I am back at reasonable levels on carbs and calories. Hanging at about 0-1 lb loss per week.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
