Skipped my workout yesterday, but got back on it today. I've had a rough couple weeks of night time wakings from my 3-month old. I feel exhausted, but pushed today. I knew if I didn't start back up again, I'd have one hell of a time getting back on the wagon. So Day ? of Workouts.
