Happy Hump Day!! And Happy Administrative Professionals Day to all the administrative professionals out there! :)

I went running last night. It was my last day of week 5 of couch to 5K with 20 mins of running instead of breaks in between runs. At least part of my last mile is usually when the couch to 5K is done, and I ran for most of that mile too. It only shaved about a minute off my best time, but I'll take it. I chose to run before my son's practice and it worked out fine so I'm not going to worry about doing the run before his games this summer. Tomorrow 2 of my BILs & SILs are coming over for dinner, so not much time for a workout after work, but I'm still going to try to go for a run after work. If I'm in the shower or just finishing up a run when they get here, who cares, I'm committed to this darn it! They've seen me all disheveled in a hospital bed after my kids were born, so it's not like they care if I look my best. :)

Eating yesterday was good until the evening, then the frosing called to me. I had a tiny piece of cake, and added more frosting to it because we still have the container in the fridge. Frosting is my nemesis. It's the worst thing for me to have around because it just calls to me. My daughter wants to use some Easter cookie cutters she got last weekend, so maybe we'll do the cookies and use the frosting on them and I can bring a bunch to work. I just need to get rid of that darn frosting!

Today should be somewhat better for eating, but the bosses are holding down the fort and sending us office ladies all out to lunch today. I don't know where we're going yet, but I'm sure it will be more calories than I need. What sweet bosses though to give us opportunities to do things like this! We all get along great here and they truly appreciate us, so days like this make the not ever getting a raise and dealing with difficult people worth it. :)

Happy administrative professionals day, Mar! (Since I'm 99.9% sure that's what you are lol) You are doing amazing with your runs!! No worries with the in laws, I'm sure they don't care about how you look anyway... I know mine don't lol. So sweet of your bosses to send you guys out to lunch, enjoy it and try not to worry too much about how calorie dense it may or may not be. Have a wonderful day, and toss the frosting lol

Great job on the running! I find when I exercise regularly, my appetite increases but I tend to lean toward the healthy stuff since I have to fuel my body with better nutrition. You have been around a long time and I have no doubt you know what to do!

Great job on the running! I wish they would fix my dirt road so I could run. Right now, I would break an ankle or end up in China if I fall in one of the potholes.
