Joined Curves and am doing at least 5 times a week. But lots of Easter events put on a few pounds and took up time I use for tacking what I eat. Pretty sure I am note even going to lose ten pounds by next week but I did lose and plan to stay the course until I get back to my drivers licence weight and stay there, this time.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

welcome to Curve's. i go 6 days a week and try to make it to body basics and zumba. I have been going since the end of Feb and i am now doing 3 rounds on the machines.

I think Curves is helping me get my body back in shape. At 60+ I need all the help I can get and it's really nice to be with a bunch of women who are doing the same thing. My 25-year-old daughter wanted me to join her gym but that is not the kind of place I would thrive (there are lots of young and sexy young people there and while Curves has a few very attractive women, I don't stand out there. I have only been going for a few weeks and like what I see in my bathroom mirror much more than I did before I started.
