Now that's more like it!!! I did great yesterday. I made good and intentional food choices all day yesterday. I did great at work. I didn't eat in the car on the way home but chewed gum instead. I measured my portion before eating. I walked on the treadmill. And I also had really effective self talk. How will I ever lose this weight if I keep feeding my face? I had to work hard to self talk myself out of snacking last night and it worked. I recognized that I was not hungry. I thought about all the food options available and realized the aren't delicious, only just okay. I didn't want to not do well for something just okay. I'm so glad I've succeeded for the first day and the scale went down. I can do this!!! Now looking at today. Going to pre track again and do great another day. Stay focused Traci.
