I have decided that my 'cheat days' will be Saturday and Sunday. I am free most of the day, so I can fill my time with activity and exercise. I am starting to feel full on 1400 calories (or less)and it's really hard not to go out drinking.
I wish there was a way to weigh myself without going and buying a scale. I don't have the time or money to do so.
I also wish there was a free, but more private place to work out around my house. I don't like being hollered at while I am dying trying to run around the park. It kinda deters me from wanting to exercise.

I don't log on the weekends either. More of an internet availability thing than a 'cheat day' thing. Like you, my weekends are busy so it's difficult to keep track of it all. Keep up with running around the park...soon you won't feel like your dying while trying to do it. You'll notice that those that are hollering while you run aren't doing anything to improve themselves. Have confidence. And...nix the desire to buy a scale and work towards a personal music player instead...that will drown out any shouts you hear from others :-) Have a great day!
