Very discouraged. Working out 3-4 days a week and same weight and only 2" -1" in two different places-lost. Got to figure out what I'm doing wrong! This program at the gym has us eating 6 Times a day and so I'm rarely hungry and I rarely binge anymore, well except for today. Do I'm gonna try again to improve my diet further .
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

MuscleHack.com You don't have to buy his Total Six Pack Abs (TSPA) program, but I did. Lost 10 lbs. so far and about 2% body fat. He has tons of free stuff on his site, but you get the whole diet and formulas by buying the program. Basically, you need to get enough protein and keep the carbs low and fat reasonable. Don't give up!
