The weight is still coming off but in small increments. Should I be worried about that? It was before coming off by the pound, now its by the ounce.. does this mean it will stop altogether soon? I went on a two day fast and lost .4 ounces. My last fast I lost .2 ounces, that was a one day fast. I keep changing up how many calories I eat on my feast day so my body doesn't think I'm starving. It ranges from 1100-1700. Today is my feast day.. loving that. Its pizza topping day. :)

I am stumped... I know it sound weird, but my best weightloss (steady and maitaining) came from going hard for 6 days and one day of the week I literally ate WHATEVER... it may not help but worth a try. sorry you are stalling!!

You are doing great. Any loss is better than none. I found when I plateau I need to add a few extra steps to my walk or change up my exercise routine to let my body know I mean business. Do not get discouraged.

It's definitely a success! Don't worry about the pace. This way, you're steady and you'll get used to the changes. :) You might start to plateau but that's natural because, as you lose weight, your energy consumption is naturally lower (you have less mass, you become more "economical") When that time arrives, you either have to eat less caloric foods, or exercise more, or both. But don't worry because, as you lose weight, especially if slower, your stomach also reduces in size and you'll get fuller by eating the same amount of food ;) Be patient! You're definitely on your way to your goal!
