I drank so much water in the last two hours I gained FIVE pounds! OMG. I'm gonna cut back, I want my morning weigh in to not have water weight in it....

it shouldn't, when you don't drink water your body stores it.. when you do drink water, even though you may go up in weight, your body will flush it out and then some, so keep it up, drink away!

I retain a lot of water and when I try to drink lots of water I feel sick to my stomach. Is that normal?

I feel the same way when I have a lot. I would say its normal, but I can only share what my experience is. Too, when you drink lots of water if you are fasting it releases toxins to be flushed and that can make you feel ill.

I've started exercising today. I went out to the pool and jogged, kicked and did leg lifts for 30 minutes.

Can I suggest that you do a search for water intoxication or water poisoning? Drinking water is a very good thing. Drinking large amounts of water while not balanced with proper nutrition = not so good.

Vickie, I have proper nutrition as well as take vitamins and minerals daily. Appreciate your concern though.

It is better than food weight! The beautiful thing is that you can pee it away (lol)

Like Vickie says, you can get water poisoning for drinking too much water so be careful with that. Too much of a good thing can be bad :) But don't worry about the weight because it's temporary.

The more you drink, the more you'll pee....unless you have kidney problems, water=your friend.

If I drank that much water (or anything) anywhere near bedtime, I may as well just stay up ... LOL ... I cut off all liquids after about 8p, to keep from having to get up in the middle of the night! :D

The water helps flush your kidneys and also flushes out fat so keep drinking honey
