Here we go again! Yes I decided after 2 weeks off my strict diet and drops I have decided to resume my journey. Still have lots to loose but I gained so much during this period learning what foods help me but also which don't. Over this next 3 weeks I really hope to loose another 5lbs and get a better grip on my eating habits, stress, emotions and how they affect me personally. Health and wellness is what I strive for most.
