a slight bump up but fairly expected. I've had a night of not much sleep, lady issues, and a bit of stress. I'm leaving tonight for a 3 day work trip and it's got me all stressed.

135.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
