LADYCOLORADO's Journal, 20 April 2014

While the kids was away playing with their aunty over the weekend, I really took a look at my diet. I think I have to give up my coffee because of the creamer that I put in it. I also think that I need to add strength training to my work out. Running on the tm has became easy to me now. I need to kick it up a notch. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I have became a member to Gilad TV I know he will work you hard. I have several tapes by Denise Austin also so Starting tomorrow I will add three days of strength training along with my cardio.

Who said this was going to be easy! I know one thing I refuse to go back to my old ways, nothing there for me. Thank you Lord!

Denise Austin is awesome her tapes may be a little cheesy but the are not easy. Where at in Colorado? I am in the Springs.

Switch to flavored coffee instead then you can use FF 1/2 1/2 & splenda- minimal calories but still delish coffee

Hi Rockiesfan, I love Colorado. I use to live in Denver, and Aurora. I moved back to California when my husband past. Hi Fludderbye, Thanks for the tip. I will try that, I would hate to give my coffee up.

Good luck on the strength training. Good that you add other things little at a time to keep yourself challenged and motivated! Just take one step at a time to avoid injury.
