I have not been in charge the last week....fall out of routine and all hell breaks loose. I am back on it now...gaining a pound is not ok with me and I have to get back on track...no more ice cream and chicken buffalo dip...I have a goal and I will meet it!!

We all slip...its a part of the process...good for stopping it before it got out of control (like me who got down to 175, and then gained it ALL back plus 3 lbs.....) You will get back on track in no time!

Mel we both slipped. One of us needs to stay with it at all times to pull the other back into it :) We are gonna do this! You are doing great and it is very noticeable in your figure whether you see it or not.
