I went SO FAR off any kind of sensible diet yesterday. I ate tons, probably over a pound, of toffee. Handmade English Bacon Butter Toffee. The crazy thing is that I was thinking to myself at the time it wasn't worth it, but I couldn't stop.

*sigh* I'll try to do better.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
