Hi! everybody

I am 5'2 and I weight 163.5lb. Last June I weight 192lb, my Doctor toll me that I was diabetic. I didn't want any med. So, I choose to take my health into own hand. I lost 30 lb. And now I'm stock, between 160lb and 165lb. That is why I enter Fatsecret.

I change my diet, because the one with only 50g carb a day was not enough for me. In two days I lost 2.5lb without exercise. That was to much. Fatsecret told me that in tree week I'll will reach my goal. It's totally insane. After that I stop my diet and I gain 3lb.

50g cab a day
This is only for a breakfast.

Navel orange it have 17.56g carb;
poached egg 0.38g carb
34g Whole Wheat Dempster's Tortillas 16g carb
1tbsp Hellman made with Olive oil 1g carb.
Total of 34.98 carb

So what I was suppose to eat for the rest of the day.

With many research on the net. I decide to go with 100g carb a day. WHIT EXERCICE LOL.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

When you first start a new plan (especially a lower carb plan), you will lose a lot of water weight the first week or so and it's normal. The amount we lose is based on many factors so your weight loss was very normal and nothing to worry about. After the first week or so, weight loss levels off to a pound or two a week.

tank you. I am glad somebody help me to understand some of the diet. I'll probably continuing on this diet.
