TOM. Probably water weight since I ate 4 pounds of salty snow crabs last night. Carbs have been good though even with all the temptations.
235.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Only because my sister was here from North Carolina did I eat that many. She wanted them and I usually don't pay the 15 per person for the buffet since the hubby and kid don't eat them. I'm not worried about the gain. I'm pretty sure it is water weight and TOM. I'm still in ketosis so my carbs were good.

what is salty snow caps giggling ,,, read your profile I can relate to body issue pain ,, I went through chemo cancer for about a whole year ,may 2012 2 days after mothers day I found out about me having cancer in 4 places one the size of a big orange under my belly button then 2 size of a plum pits on each side and 3 inches on my spine near the back pf were a bra strap goes across was giving 40/60 any ways went into remission 11-2-2012 then had to regain my strength 10 min a day walking ever other day then after a month adding another 10 mins up to 3 days at the gym 45 mins then 2 days walking in the mall till September 2013 my left knee went out and I was told to stop the walking I was so so upset and angry ,, and jsut plain stopped going to the gym even though there was plenty I could still do not again noooo well I'm starting to go back we must have encouragement to keep on keeping on that little man needs ya Praying God will help ya have a great night <3
