Lets get moving

Hello everyone- Happy EAster weekend

Monday we kick off our 8 week fitness challenge.

I have posted weeks 1 videos already in the forum.

I would strongly suggest everyone get your measurements this weekend. arms, waist hips- so you can better track any changes you have.

i would also suggest weighing in on monday morning- or sometime this weekend just to get a before number.

monday is a general fitness test- something you can use as a standard you will take it again in 4 weeks and again at the end of 8 weeks- so you can see how far you have come.

i will try to post in the forum as much as possible- lets help each other and get into shape

Your challenge sounds great, is it just for certain people or can anyone join?

anyone- all videos are online and free- they can be made easier or harder depending on fitness level
