Today I followed under my calorie limit better then the last few days but failed at my ratio, but I worked out like crazy. Since I only had an 8 hr shift tonight I ink got a 30 min break so I walked at 3 mph at 15 incline for 20 minutes and went a mile.. Then at 0300 I got off so I was going to just do strength... Well I went well beyond.. Workout is as follows:

Core challenge:
25 sit ups on reverse incline bench 8 lbs medicine ball
1 min plank
30 sec side plank each side
15 push-ups
1 min bridge
15 push-ups
1 min plank
25 sit ups on reverse incline bench 8 lbs medicine ball
1 min plank
2 min bridge
50 crunches on floor

Arm challenge:
10 tricep dips
9 push-ups
12 mountain climbers

Thigh challenge:
65 lateral lunges each leg
105 scissors
40 fire hydrants each leg
100 plié squat pulses

5 miles in 57:40

Score!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for your support longggggg story ,,, cancer treatment for about a year now left knee knee replacement in June 4th but I still can go to the gym after reading your journal I know that i can do this <3 thanks <3
