4 oz fish cod
1/2 cup of mix summer veg.
water


1 3oz piece of fish cod
1/2 cup of Veg.
1/3/cup mix fruit
diet mt.dew


no snack. Had a meeting to go to. Also missed the log in on Thursday. Had to go to a meeting and did not get home in time to log in.
