I usually slam my fasts, and breeze through them. BUT today, wow do I have lots of mental hunger. I keep thinking about nummy food. I need to shut my brain off and chill. Going to find a movie to get lost in! Hope you're having a great day!

Distraction is an invaluable technique. I hope it worked and you can turn off the mental food chatter. I know how hard those days are.

When we're hungry, the value we give to those nummy foods increases for us, making it harder to resist. This has been studied. Our brain really does that ;) But you're doing great!
