Well, I just tallied up my carbs and calories for my golf outing yesterday and Godfather's Pizza. Whew!2465 calories and 192 carbs. It all adds up. now I have to log in my 18 holes of golf and see what the net is.

THat used to be a "normal" day of eating for me. Overeating is such a hard habit to break. Tomorrow is a new day.
